A marketplace where companies buy verified leads: submitters are verified by SMS, companies pass an automatic check against state registries, and contacts unlock with credits. Bilingual, delivered in stages under a contract for work. Client under NDA.
The brief
A lead marketplace lives or dies on trust: dead leads and fake companies kill it. Both sides had to pass verification before reaching each other, and companies pay only for the contacts they actually want.
What I did
I built the whole flow: lead submission with SMS verification via Twilio, company registration with automatic checks against state registries, a credit system unlocking contacts through Stripe, reviews and notifications. The logic runs in PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL) on Supabase, and the site is bilingual.
Outcome
- No dead lead or fake company gets in, verification is automatic, not manual
- Companies pay credits only for the contacts they unlock themselves
- Delivered in stages under a contract for work, the client pays for what's shipped, not for promises
